The Sun Hydraulics W8F (W8F) is a line mount manifold designed for efficient hydraulic system integration. This model features a ninety-degree, panel mount body type with four M5x0.8 6H threaded mounting holes, each with a depth of 9.7 mm (.38 inches). It accommodates one open cavity of the T10A type and is equipped with a 1/4 BSPP port size. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and robust strength, the manifold is suitable for applications that require durability in challenging environments. The W8F model does not come anodized, which helps maintain its fatigue life by avoiding the introduction of surface cracks that anodizing could cause. This manifold is ideal for high flow valve connections and can be integrated into systems where efficient fluid management is critical. Users should note that while this aluminum manifold provides reliable performance, it should not be used in systems exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar) to ensure safety and integrity of the hydraulic system.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
