The Sun Hydraulics RVISCWV (RVISCWV) is a ventable, pilot-operated, balanced poppet relief cartridge valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This normally closed valve opens to the tank port when the inlet pressure reaches the preset level, allowing for smooth and quiet operation with low pressure rise versus flow. The RVISCWV features a vent port that enables remote control by other pilot or two-way valves, making it suitable for load-holding applications if the vent port valves are zero leak. The valve is resilient to cavitation issues such as noise and manifold erosion due to its internal modulating design. It can handle maximum pressure at port 2 and is ideal for cross-port relief circuits. Additionally, a remote pilot relief on the vent port can control the valve below its factory setting.
