The Hydraforce 5621300V (5621300V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%, making it versatile for various applications requiring precise control of hydraulic pressure. In its default state, the UP10-40X blocks flow from port 2 to port 3 until a predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1. Upon reaching this pressure, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports while venting the spring chamber to port 4. Should the pressure at port 1 fall below the established reload value, the valve automatically closes to block flow once again. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and mechanisms that prevent springs from going solid, ensuring reliable operation over time. The hardened precision spool and cage contribute to its durability and long service life, while its industry-common size facilitates compatibility with existing systems.
