The Hydraforce 5620000 (5620000) is a screw-in, cartridge-style hydraulic sequence valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. As a pilot-operated, spool-type valve, it efficiently manages flow by blocking it from port 1 to port 2 in its steady state while draining the spring chamber through port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the valve shifts to allow flow between ports 1 and 2. This shift remains until the circuit pressure drops below the set threshold. It's important to note that any back pressure on port 3 contributes to the spring setting value. The PS10-36X model is equipped with features that ensure reliability and longevity, such as adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibitions against springs going solid. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi) and is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for extended durability. This valve's industry-common size makes it versatile for various applications where precise pressure control is essential.
