The Hydraforce 5613407 (5613407) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This valve is specifically engineered to provide fast response and low hysteresis, ensuring efficient operation in high-pressure environments. The RV50-26X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, allowing the main spool to shift and open the flow path between ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and a hardened spool and cage that enhance durability and longevity. The valve's rapid and smooth response to pressure changes makes it an ideal choice for systems requiring precise control. Additionally, its industry-common size facilitates easy integration into existing hydraulic setups.
