The Hydraforce 5613010 (5613010) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This valve is specifically engineered for applications that require fast response and low hysteresis. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV50-26X features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid. Additionally, it incorporates a hardened spool and cage to ensure long life and offers rapid, smooth response to pressure changes. Its industry-common size makes it a versatile choice for various hydraulic systems.
