The Hydraforce 5612690.20 (5612690.20) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve with a reverse flow check valve. This versatile device is designed for use as a pressure limiter and regulator in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response, low hysteresis, low leakage, low pressure override, and reverse free flow features. The RVCV56-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, allowing relief flow to discharge to port 2. Additionally, it facilitates reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports exceeds the check spring value. This valve can handle a maximum pressure of 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1 and features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from becoming solid. Constructed with a hardened spool and cage, this product ensures long life and provides fast, smooth responses to pressure surges.
