The Hydraforce 5612687V (5612687V) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve equipped with a reverse flow check valve. Designed for use in demanding hydraulic circuits, this valve serves as a pressure limiter and regulator, providing fast response, low hysteresis, low leakage, and low pressure override. It also features reverse free flow capabilities. The RVCV56-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, allowing relief flow to discharge to port 2. Additionally, it allows reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports exceeds the check spring value. This robust device can handle a maximum pressure of up to 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1. Notably, the adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out and are designed to prevent springs from going solid. With its hardened spool and cage construction, the RVCV56-20X ensures longevity and offers fast and smooth responses to pressure surges in hydraulic systems.
