This robust device is engineered to deliver fast response times, minimal hysteresis, low leakage, and low pressure override while allowing reverse free flow capabilities. It blocks the flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses a certain threshold, causing the poppet to displace from its seat and allowing relief flow to discharge into port 2. Additionally, it facilitates reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure exceeds the check spring's value. The RVCV56-20X can handle a maximum pressure of up to 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1 and features hardened spool and cage components for enhanced durability and longevity. The valve's adjustments are designed such that they cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from becoming solid under high-pressure conditions and ensuring consistent performance in demanding applications.
