The Hydraforce 5611401V (5611401V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This model is particularly suited for applications requiring low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. The RV10-22X model effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to dislodge the poppet from its seat, ensuring a smooth transition in response to load changes within typical hydraulic systems. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve's construction includes a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and longevity. Additionally, it provides optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi) and is capable of rapid response to pressure surges. The design adheres to industry-common size standards, making it versatile for integration into various hydraulic systems.
