The Hydraforce 5601106 (5601106) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting hydraulic relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. This differential area, poppet-type valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. The RV08-22X model offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets with options A, B, and C featuring positive stops to prevent spring compression beyond their limits. For enhanced durability and performance, the valve includes a hardened poppet and cage. It also provides optional bi-directional pressure capabilities with an appropriate seal option and supports spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi). This compact valve is designed for smooth response to pressure surges and fits industry-standard cavities, making it a reliable choice for applications requiring precise pressure control in compact spaces.
