The Hydraforce 5122024 (5122024) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known as the TS10-26X. This valve is engineered to provide precise pressure regulation by being infinitely adjustable across a specified range using a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned control in various applications. The TS10-26X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section and counteract the solenoid force induced by electricity. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It also includes an industry-common cavity and an optional manual override for additional control flexibility.
Description The TS10-26X is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, relief valve which CAN be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is proportional to the input electrical current. Operation The TS10-26X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure is present at port 1 to open the pilot section by offsetting the electrically induced solenoid force. With no current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6,9 bar]. Features 12 and 24 volt coils standard. Optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K. Industry common cavity. Optional manual override.
