The Hydraforce 5061012V (5061012V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve. It is engineered to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. In its de-energized state, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to allow flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. When energized, the valve closes the port 2 to port 1 flow path and acts as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 once the solenoid force is overcome, requiring between 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). This cartridge valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for longevity and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with an efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable, with a unitized molded coil design available with manual override options. Additionally, optional waterproof E-Coils are available, rated up to IP69K for robust protection against environmental factors.
