The Hydraforce 5039261 (5039261) is a solenoid-operated, four-port, three-position, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve featuring an integral load sense port. This valve is designed for versatile hydraulic flow control in various applications, efficiently directing flow between ports based on the energization state of its coils. In its default de-energized state, the valve blocks flow at ports 1 and 2 while allowing free flow from ports 3 and 4 to port 5. Upon energization of coil s, the configuration shifts to enable flow from port 1 to port 5 and from port 2 to port 5. Additionally, the load sense at port 6 connects to port 5 when the spool is in shifted positions. Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated solenoid that ensures reliable operation under sustained use. Description The SV10-57DX is a solenoid operated, 5 port, 3 position, direct acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve with integral load sense port. Operation When de-energized, the valve blocks inlet flow at port 5 and port 1 while allowing flow from port 2 and port 4 to port 3. When coil s1 is energized, flow is allowed from port 5 to port 2 and from port 4 to port 3. When coil s2 is energized, flow is allowed from port 5 to port 4and from port 2 to port 3. Load sense at port 1 is connected to port 5 when spool is in shifted positions. Features Continuous-duty rated solenoid. Hardened precision spool and cage for long life. Optional coil voltages and terminations. Manual override option. Optional waterproof E‑Coils rated up to IP69K. Efficient wet-armature construction. Cartridges are voltage interchangeable.
