The Hydraforce 5011204 (5011204) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use in low flow circuits. It features a standard SV0820 and manual override MO options, making it suitable as a blocking or load-holding device. The valve operates such that when de-energized, the SV0820xx functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the reverse direction. Once energized, the valve's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, simultaneously restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. This model is built with a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. Its compact size and industry common cavity make it versatile for various applications. Additionally, the Hydraforce 5011204 offers optional coil voltages and terminations, enhancing its adaptability across different systems. Operation When de-energized, the sv08-20xx acts as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2, while blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. When energized, the valves poppet lifts to open the port 2 to port 1 flow path, while flow from port 1 to port 2 is severely restricted. Features Continuous-duty rated coil.
