The Flextral FH-06 (FH-06) is a high-performance hydraulic hose designed for high-temperature applications, meeting or exceeding the requirements of SAE 100R5 and D.O.T. FMVSS 106 standards. This model features a seamless, black, oil and heat resistant synthetic rubber tube with one braid of synthetic yarn and one braid of steel wire for reinforcement. The cover is made from blue, impregnated textile braid that is oil and mildew resistant and MSHA approved. The FH-06 hose has an internal diameter of 5/16 inches and an outer diameter of 17.10 mm, making it robust yet flexible with a minimum bend radius of 102 mm. It can handle maximum working pressures up to 2250 psi and burst pressures up to 9000 psi. Designed to operate effectively within temperature ranges from -40°C to +150°C for petroleum-based fluids, -40°C to +107°C for water-oil emulsions or water glycol solutions, and -40°C to +42°C for phosphate ester fluids, this hose ensures reliability in various hydraulic applications.
