The Sun Hydraulics XFOAXXV (XFOAXXV) is a versatile cavity plug designed for use in both two-port and four-port cavities, ensuring that all ports remain connected. These plugs are particularly suitable for corrosive environments, thanks to their corrosion-resistant construction. The bodies of the plugs are crafted from high-strength lean duplex stainless steel, while the internal components are made from carbon steel leaded alloy, similar to standard plugs. This product is compatible with Cavity T10A, T13A, and T31A Series 1 configurations and can handle a maximum operating pressure of up to 5000 psi (350 bar). The valve hex size measures 7/8 inches (22.2 mm), and the recommended installation torque ranges between 30 to 35 lbf-ft (41 to 47 Nm). For sealing purposes, a Viton seal kit with the cartridge number 990010006 is available. This cavity plug offers reliable performance in demanding applications where maintaining port connections in harsh conditions is essential.
