The Sun Hydraulics GAA (GAA) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems, featuring a ninety-degree body type and no specific interface. It is constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, known for its high corrosion resistance and strength, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications. The manifold includes one open cavity with a T-13A cavity type and accommodates 1/4 NPTF port size. It has eleven mounting holes with a diameter of .34 inches (8.6 mm) that go through the manifold, allowing secure installation in hydraulic setups. This manifold is not anodized to maintain cost-effectiveness and prevent issues related to stamping and inspection after anodization. Additionally, the non-anodized surface helps avoid increased breakaway torque during maintenance. The Sun Hydraulics GAA is ideal for systems operating under pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), ensuring reliable performance without compromising fatigue life due to its material properties.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
