The Sun Hydraulics FCC (Material Number: FCC) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems. This model features an inline body type and is equipped with a single open cavity that utilizes the T10A cavity type. The manifold includes 12 NPTF port sizes and is constructed with 6061T651 aluminum, known for its strength, affordability, machinability, availability in various shapes and sizes, and excellent corrosion resistance. The mounting configuration consists of one hole with a diameter of 0.34 inches (8.6 mm) that extends through the body, allowing for secure installation in hydraulic applications. It is important to note that this aluminum manifold should not be used in systems exceeding pressures of 3000 psi (210 bar). This product does not feature anodization due to considerations related to cost, logistics, consistency, stamping complications, increased breakaway torque during disassembly, and reduced fatigue life. The Sun Hydraulics FCC is tailored for efficient fluid management in high-flow hydraulic systems while maintaining durability under specified pressure limits.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
