The Flextral GX-32 (GX-32) is a robust hydraulic hose designed for various fluid conveyance applications. It features a nitrile tube with one braid of high-tensile steel wire reinforcement, making it highly durable and capable of handling pressures up to 580 psi with a burst pressure limit of 2320 psi. The hose is designed to meet or exceed the specifications of SAE 100R1AT, EN853 DIN 20022 1SN, and ISO 1436 Type 1. This model, part of the GX series, has an internal diameter of 2 inches and an outer diameter of approximately 64.10 mm (2.52 inches). It is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F), and can intermittently handle up to +120°C (+248°F). The outer cover is crafted from black synthetic rubber that is oil, abrasion, and weather resistant, also approved by MSHA for added reliability in harsh conditions. With minimum bend radii of 630 mm (25 inches), the GX-32 provides excellent flexibility for installation in tight spaces without compromising flow efficiency. It comes in lengths ranging from a minimum of 12 inches to a maximum of 1200 inches, catering to both short custom setups and longer runs. This hose can handle petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, gasoline, water, diesel fuels, lubricating oils along with biodegradable hydraulic oils and fire-resistant synthetic polyesters.
