The Flextral CX-12 (CX-12) is a robust hydraulic hose designed for high-pressure applications, meeting or exceeding the stringent requirements of SAE 100R15. This premium six spiral wire hose features a nitrile tube and four spiral layers of high-tensile steel wire for sizes 1/2 through 1 inch, and six spiral layers for sizes 1-1/4 through 2 inches. The outer cover is made from black synthetic rubber that is resistant to oils, abrasion, and weather conditions, including an EPDM layer that enhances its durability in harsh environments. With an internal diameter of 34 inches and an outer diameter of 30.70 mm, the CX-12 offers a maximum working pressure of 6000 psi and a burst pressure up to 24000 psi. This makes it highly suitable for hydraulic systems using petroleum or water-glycol based fluids, as well as for handling fuel, diesel fuel, and lubricating oils. It can also be utilized with biodegradable hydraulic oils. The hose is available in lengths ranging from a minimum of 12 inches to a maximum of 1200 inches and has a minimum bend radius of 280 mm, ensuring flexibility in various installation environments.
